Ivan Sigal is the executive director of Global Voices, a non-profit online global citizen media initiative, and supports similar projects around the world. He is a fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, where he studies digital storytelling and online communities. He is a media producer who works on long-term photography, multi-media and writing projects and is the author of White Road (Steidl, 2012), based on eight years of photography and writing about Central Asia and Russia.
